To place custom tailoring orders, you must create a secure personal account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, and you agree to provide highly accurate contact and measurement details during registration.
All custom tailoring bookings require full or partial upfront payment as indicated during checkout. Prices for premium stitching, fabrics, and customizations are displayed prior to placement. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of material unavailability.
Darzito offers precise size guides, standard templates, and virtual fit diagnostics. For optimal fit, users must submit exact measurements. Since custom garments are hand-tailored, minor deviations of up to 0.5 inches are recognized as industry standards.
Because each garment is handcrafted specifically to your individual profile, orders cannot be cancelled once the fabric cutting phase has commenced. Free alterations are provided within 14 days of delivery if the final outfit differs from submitted measurements.
We value your privacy. Your personal information, photo references, fit profiles, and physical dimensions are securely processed and encrypted in strict accordance with our global Privacy Policy rules.
Darzito shall not be liable for any indirect, circumstantial, or consequential damages resulting from minor fit adjustments, transit carrier delays, or natural texture shrinkage inherent in premium fabrics.
We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms of Services at any time. Continued usage of the Darzito platform following the publication of changes indicates your final acceptance of the new conditions.
