Step 2 — A verified tailor comes to you

At the scheduled time a background-verified tailor arrives at your door. They take measurements properly, discuss the style you want, check the fabric and flag anything that could affect the finish — shrinkage, weave direction, insufficient material.

Every measurement is saved to your profile. Your next order can skip this step entirely.

Step 3 — Stitching and quality check

Cutting and stitching happen in our partner workshop with premium threads and interlining. Before anything is dispatched, a separate quality check verifies measurements, seam finishing, hem alignment and pressing. Anything that fails goes back, not out.

Step 4 — Doorstep delivery and free alteration

Your finished garment is delivered to the same address. Try it on. If something needs adjusting, request the complimentary alteration and we collect, fix and return it. The order is complete only when the fit is right.
